Aaron completed his Bachelors of Science degree and dietetic internship program through North Carolina Central University.  He has also earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.  Aaron has more than four years experience as a private practice dietitian.  He also works as a corporate wellness dietitian to multiple area businesses.


Comfortable with any nutrition related issue, Aaron specializes in sports nutrition, diabetes management,  and weight loss/management.

Aaron is a USAC certified cycling coach and offers a total package when it comes to sports nutrition.  He has served as the registered dietitian to a local cycling team for over seven years.  This, combined with over a decade of racing experience himself,  has given Aaron the understanding and knowledge to help move athletes (of all levels) toward their full potential.

​​Janie earned a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University.  She has over ten years of experience as a dietitian in a private practice setting.  Janie has also branched out into the corporate world, working as a corporate wellness dietitian.  


Janie specializes in adult weight management and diabetes and has had extensive training and experience in both areas.  She holds a Certificate in Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.   While Janie loves counseling clients with all nutritional needs, women's health, including PCOS, endometriosis and pregnancy, is her passion.


Janie is currently the lead dietitian in a NIH funded study, the Diabetes Family Project, researching the impact of diabetes education in diabetes self management.
